Laboratory R&D-Battery Ultrasonic Scanning System

This system can easily, quickly and sensitively detect the current internal state and change process of the battery , and is suitable for studying the failure mechanisms of batteries of different systems, such as lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries and metal anode batteries, including gas production process, wetting quality, electrolyte stability test, aging state, edge sealing quality, and extreme working conditions.

Line Slurry Bubble Detection Module

Enabling real-time identification of internal bubbles and additional anomalies within slurry.

It is suitable for paste testing of a variety of anode and cathode materials. There are inevitably many bubbles formed during the solid-liquid contact and slurry homogeneity process. Bubble bursting during coating may cause quality problems such as pits and white spots, leading to local failure and even seriously affecting battery capacity, cycle life, and safety. Degas quality testing is conducted before paste flows into the finished product tank after degas, and the paste quality is automatically determined based on set conditions to decide whether to perform degas again or flow into the finished product tank before coating.
