Tianneng Holding Group (hereinafter referred to as Tianneng) was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. Tianneng originated frommanufacturing of motive lead acid batteries and nowhas evolved into a globally leading green energy system solutions provider. Its core business includes three major sectors, including new energy battery systems, resource recycling and utilization, and modern services.In the near future, Tianneng aims to establish two hundred-billionindustrial ecosystems focused on motive batteries and energy storage systems.

Right now, Tianneng has established 17 production bases across seven provinces nationwide in Mainland China, with over 130 subsidiary companies and nearly 30,000 employees.In terms of comprehensive strength, Tianneng ranks 149th among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises, 40th among the Top 500 Private Enterprises in China, and 65th among the Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises in China.

In recent years, Tianneng has actively implemented the national "Dual Carbon" strategy, vigorously promoted digitalization, platformization, and global development, and driven growth through the three-wheel model of "industry + technology + capital".

Tianneng was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007 and on theSSE STAR Market in 2021, becoming the first company in the industry to achieve dual listing in both "A+H" shares market. It has established a science and technology innovation platform and research and development system, primarily consisting of a national-level enterprise technology center, a national-level postdoctoral research workstation, a national demonstration academician expert workstation, and a provincial key enterprise research institute.

Tianneng has taken the lead in formulating and revising over 170 national and industry standards, accumulating more than 4,800 national patents in China. The number of patent applications filed by Tianneng ranks third among companies listed on the SSE STAR Market.

In 2022, Tianneng revenue exceeded 200 billion RMB, with industrial income realizing a growth of over 10%, thus maintaining a strong momentum of high-quality and sustainable development.
