Introducing DURONIC-8300, the pride of ST Youngwon, a state-of-the-art battery separator wet production line. This equipment comprises a full process, including raw material feeding unit, casting unit, MDO unit, TDO#1 unit, extractor unit, TDO#2 unit, take-up unit, and WINDER unit. DURONIC-8300 boasts impressive performance with an industry-leading width of 8.3m and a maximum speed of 120m/min, spanning a total length of approximately 200m.

This innovative equipment is capable of mass-producing ultra-thin, high-performance separators, meeting the high demand of battery manufacturers. The superior performance and efficiency of DURONIC-8300 have already been proven in the market, with several battery separator manufacturers currently operating or scheduled to receive this equipment.
