Provided are an apparatus and system for fast discharge treatment of a waste battery that allows discharge in salt water by using a discharge plate connected to the cathode and anode of the waste battery. It is possible to directly check the discharge state and discharge the battery pack or battery rack unit, thereby increasing the waste battery discharge throughput per unit time.
