Her expertise encompasses long-term granular modelling of ancillary services, Intraday markets and battery investments across these regions.

Anna Darmani is a lead analyst at Wood Mackenzie Power & Renewables, where she leads the research and analyses on Europe, Middle East and Africa storage markets. She has more than seven years of experience in the energy industry, developing innovation and technology roadmaps and conducting EU research and advisory projects. Anna was one of the European Battery Alliance founding members and has worked with different industrial players to make Europe a global leader in the booming battery industry.

Alexa is the Strategy Lead at Field. Field is a fast growing developer, owner and operator of standalone battery storage sites - with operations in the UK, Italy, Spain and Germany. Field has ~200 MWh of sites that are operational or under construction. He is responsible for developing new business models and leads initiatives to shape the regulatory environment for flexibility services in the electricity grid in general, and for battery storage in particular. Before joining the management team of Kyon Energy, he gained 8 years of experience in the energy sector, most recently as Senior Consultant at E-Bridge Consulting (Bonn, Germany). Benedikt Deuchert holds an MSc (Master of Science) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.

Haralambos Panagopoulos is a senior Process Simulation & LP Planning Optimization Engineer at Hellenic Petroleum Refining, Supply & Trading of Oil Products & Petrochemicals S.A. , which is the main subsidiary of HelleniQ Energy Holdings Group. He has been working in the Oil Downstream Sector for 10 years, with experience in a variety of different functions spanning from physical crude oil/oil products supply & trading and paper hedging, to refinery production planning, scheduling, process simulation and optimization. He currently investigates - through LP model development - the potential of pilot-scale and new processes for renewable fuels production, for integrating renewable energy to refinery processes in the system of Hellenic Petroleum refineries and for the reduction of Scope-1,2,3 emissions.

Sepehr Soltani is an Energy Storage Analyst at Rystad Energy, specializing in renewable energy with a master's in mechanical engineering. Since joining Rystad, he has been instrumental in advising on the pivotal role of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) in the energy transition. Sepehr's expertise encompasses energy storage technologies, power markets, and optimizing performance for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
