European electrolyzer manufacturers are in direct competition with heavily subsidized Chinese suppliers. In this session, we will discuss strategies to secure European technological sovereignty and trade protection measures, and ask whether a H2 Local program, taking after H2 Global, is the right response to global market distortion.
