Join us in Munich from 14–16, 2023 to meet battery production technology experts and the world's leading cell manufacturers!
This year, ees Europe is putting on a tremendous growth. Europe's largest exhibition for batteries and energy storage systems is growing by over 100 percent to more than four exhibition halls. As every year, the who's who of the energy storage industry meets here. This year, the trade fair presents numerous highlights for equipment suppliers:
"The European battery market is booming and battery production is picking up strongly - this was clearly noticeable at ees Europe 2022," emphasizes Thilo Brückner, Managing Director of the Electronics, Micro and New Energy Production Technologies (EMINT) trade association within the VDMA mechanical engineering association. According to current forecasts, the share of global manufacturing will rise from around 10 percent at present to 25 percent by 2030. Europe, with its strong automotive industry, competes as a location with other world regions such as the USA or Asia. In addition to manufacturing projects by European manufacturers such as Freyr, Northvolt, Varta and Saft, numerous non-European manufacturers such as Samsung SDI, LG Energy Solution, Tesla or CATL are currently setting up production facilities in Europe, especially in Germany.
Experience the growth and dynamics of the industry at ees Europe in Munich, because here you will find the companies that are shaping the future of battery production technology.
