The smarter E Europe offers exhibitors various services and opportunities to connect.

Distribution of Press Releases

Exhibitors have the option of letting our press partner newsaktuell, a subsidiary of the German Press Agency (dpa), distribute their company’s press releases free of charge or at a reduced price.

This enables them to draw the attention of relevant national and international technical journalists to their company before and during The smarter E Europe and its accompanying events (Intersolar Europe, ees Europe, Power2Drive Europe and EM-Power Europe).

The first press release within Germany sent via the newsaktuell original text service (ots) is free of charge and there is no word limit. Starting with the second press release, special prices apply.

All exhibitor press releases will also be published in a news feed in the News & Press section on the website.

Press Conference Rooms at the The smarter E Europe Press Center

The smarter E Europe will make press conference rooms at its press center available on June 23–25, 2026, to enable exhibitors and media representatives to connect. These rooms can be booked ahead of the exhibition through the The smarter E Europe press office (for contact details, see below).

Press conference room bookings can be made until May 31, 2026.

Your Press Event Included in the The smarter E Europe Press Calendar

Exhibitors have the option of having their event included in the press event calendar for The smarter E Europe 2026. If you are planning a press event and would like it to be included in the calendar, please submit your event using the appropriate form in the Exhibitor Cockpit or contact the press team at The smarter E Europe.
