Individual company presentation

REPT BATTERO Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2017. As the first new
energy-focused enterprise deployed by Tsingshan Industrial—a Fortune
Global 500 company—it specializes in the research and development,
production, and sales of lithium-ion batteries, providing comprehensive
solutions for new energy vehicle power systems and smart energy
storage.

The company operates R&D centers in Shanghai, Wenzhou, and Jiaxing,
with production bases located in Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Liuzhou, Foshan,
and Chongqing. Its first overseas battery manufacturing facility, situated
in Indonesia, is currently under construction.

In the first three quarters of 2025, it ranked first globally in both residential
energy storage (battery) and commercial & industrial energy storage
(battery) shipments
