Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology Co., Ltd., located in Nansha, Guangzhou, is the flagship new energy entity of Youngy Group. It is a key billion dollars project introduced by Guangzhou, a major project of Guangdong, and it’a national new strategic industries project.

As a key project in the Youngy Group's integrated development in the new energy sector, Rongjie Energy focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of cells, modules, battery packs, and systems for ESS and EV. Its products and services are widely applied in several application, including utlity-scale ESS, commercial and industrial energy storage, residential energy storage, base station backup energy storage, and battery products for EV. Rongjie Energy plans an annual production capacity of 80 GWh.

Driven by R&D and innovation, Rongjie Energy employs over 300 elite R&D professionals, more than 50% of whom hold master's or doctoral degrees across various disciplines. The company has filed 1,145 patent applications, including 456 for invention patents. It continues to ramp up R&D investment, having spent over RMB 100 million to build a 5,000 m², industry-leading lithium battery laboratory that ensures efficient R&D progress. In addition, Rongjie Energy has established a digital factory and possesses mature, large-scale smart manufacturing capabilities.
