Andreas Pesl is a recognized expert in energy storage systems. As Head of Energy Storage Systems, he is responsible for the development, validation and industrialisation of energy storage solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. His technical focus lies on the development and testing of LV, MV and HV battery systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS), as well as pre-series applications, prototype realisation, series development, maintenance, repair and second-life applications.
With 16 years of professional experience, Andreas Pesl and his team oversee complex technology projects from the concept phase through to series and support customers in the successful implementation of robust and sustainable energy storage solutions. His career path has taken him from electrical engineer through project and team lead roles to department head, enabling him today to combine technological excellence with strategic, organisational and operational leadership skills.
