OCSmaterias a domestic manufacturer specializing in silicone TIM(thermal interface materials) products. We mainly produce TIM(thermal interface materials) Encapsulant, Gap Fillers, Grease, and Gap Pads, and supply TIM products to many companies in the automotive ,electronics, display, LED lighting, home appliance, and defense markets at domestic and abroad. We have our own technology that competes with global manufacturers. We can supply products with changed physical properties according to customer requirements.

Product:

Grease: A TIM in liquid form that does not cured and is mainly used for products with structures that are difficult to heat cure. It is produced and supplied as a one-component product.
Encapsulants : Encapsulants(low viscosity products) are used to protect the modules of PCS(Power Conversion Systems) and Battery Packs such as electric vehicles (eco-friendly vehicles) from thermal shock.
Gap Filler : Gap Fiiler is used to fill the gap between the PCB and the lower housing using a high-viscosity Gap Filler to protect modules such as PCS(Power Conversion System) and Battery Packs in electric vehicles (eco-friendly vehicles) from thermal shock.
Gap Pad: Gap Pad is a non-liquid product in the form of a sheet and is supplied after cutting according to the size and thickness required by the customer.
