Eloisa de Castro is the CEO of Enerpoly, a Swedish zinc-ion battery manufacturer. In 2020, Eloisa joined Enerpoly with the mission to build a sustainable and reliable supply of batteries for Europe's clean energy transition. Eloisa has over a decade of experience in technology leadership and entrepreneurship in the energy and aerospace industries. Before joining Enerpoly, she served as the Director of Market Operations at Modern Energy, specializing in grid modernization and power markets. Prior to that, she led energy products development as CTO of Hoplite Power and Chief Mechanical Engineer at Princeton Satellite Systems. Eloisa earned her MBA from INSEAD and her bachelor's in mechanical engineering from MIT.
