Sun Kwang Brazing Filler Metal Co.,Ltd. has been manufacturing
copper phosphorous, silver,and aluminum brazing filler metals,
serving various customer needs in brazing industry.
We also supply metal powder for soldering and brazing with
self-developed wet-process metal powder production facility
'Atomizer'. Our patented, flux powder-mixed aluminum brazing
filler metal, 'SKA' series is the crystal of powder metallurgy
technology for stable brazing works in mass production facilities.
Flux-cored Aluminum brazing filler metal 'SU' series is
developed for brazing different metals such as Cu and Al
at lower temperature.
High tensile strength Aluminum has been developed in
cooperation with Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials,
and this light-weight material parts are supplied to
automobile industry.
We also supply Flux and Aluminum U-bends with flux-powder
mixed SKA braze rings clamped. Sun Kwang Brazing Filler
metal will continue to develop quality brazing products meeting
brazing industry's needs.
1. SKA series aluminum brazing filler metal is produced with uniform-size aluminum powder mixed with non-corrosive flux powder, offering highest brazing performance. SKA series is environment friendly as it does not generate Chlorine and acid waste water as washing before and after brazing is not necessary. SKA series offers cost efficiency and clean work environment.
2. SU series is suitable for automatic wire feeding machine as it is highly flexible, and for brazing different metals such as aluminum to copper, aluminum to brass, and aluminum to stainless steel at lower temperature of 450 ℃. SU series' seamless flux-cored pipe type design offers highest and stable brazing quality.
