1. TIM (Thermal Interface Materials)
It consists of various line-ups of TIM(Thermal Interface Materials) products to ensure long-term reliability of heat-generating circuit parts, and these products are liquid gap filler, PAD, Sheet, Putty, Thermal Grease, liquid pottings, and PCM type It is composed of various forms.

2. EMI Absorber Sheet
There are various product groups with high magnetic permeability performance for attenuating and absorbing electromagnetic noise, which is a factor in malfunctioning of equipment due to electromagnetic waves generated from electronic devices, or for absorbing electromagnetic waves in wireless transmission and reception.

3. SILICONE FOAM
Silicone foam is a product of excellent technology that is very effective in vibration management such as shock and vibration absorption. In addition, it can be applied for protection of electric vehicle batteries, protection from vibration or impact of various transportation devices, insulation with low specific gravity, insulation as a flame retardant product, and interior materials.

4. Pad for preventing thermal runaway & Compression Pad
It is located between each cell in the battery module of an electric vehicle and protects all battery cells by preventing or delaying the propagation of these phenomena to neighboring battery cells when a fire or thermal runaway occurs due to abnormal heating of one cell. will play a role.​
