Animals / dogs are not allowed on the exhibition grounds of Messe München. The house rules of Messe München explicitly state this.
Cloakrooms are located on the lower level of the West Entrance and the upper level of the North Entrance. Cloakroom services start one hour before the exhibition begins and ends one hour after the exhibition closes.
At the fairground you will find a variety of restaurants and snack bars.
When the weather is nice, a beer garden is available to visitors and exhibitors in the Atrium.
The beer garden operated by the Able catering company is located between Halls A1 and B1. Chestnut trees and umbrellas provide shade and protection from rain.

Snack bars with large assortments of snacks and beverages are located on the ground floor in each hall. In the west entrance you will find a kiosk with a selection of fresh pastries and savory snacks.
The Restaurant "Käfer am See" is located on the 1st floor of the West Entrance and features two areas – the “Seeblick” and the “Bierstüberl” – that can be used separately. It is the perfect place to hold a conference lunch, special events and company parties with fine international cuisine. The restaurant has a total seating capacity of 825 and is also accessible from the ICM - Internationales Congress Center München. Opening hours vary, depending on events. The Restaurant A1/A2 is located on the 1st floor between Halls A1 and A2 (at the south end). When the weather is nice, the terrace is open. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 350.
The Restaurant B2/B3 is located on the 1st floor between Halls B2 and B3 (along the Expressway). Almost all of its international dishes are prepared in front of the patrons. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 370.
The Lounge of the International Business Center (IBC) is located in the Atrium in front of Hall B3. It offers you an ideal setting for meetings and concentrated work in elegant surroundings. It offers a variety of office services. These include: fax and copying service, spiral binding, lamination, scanning, b/w and color printing, high speed Internet, cell phone docking stations and adapter plugs for battery chargers from Asia, the U.S. and Southern Europe.
To keep your valuables safe, lockers are set up in the entrances West and North and can be used against a small fee.
Larger pieces of luggage should be checked at one of the cloakrooms.
Items found are deposited with the security office located in the administration building by gate 1. It is open around-the-clock and accessible both from the inside (via the administration building) and from the outside.
The medical service in the first-aid station accepts your orders and prescriptions and forwards them to the nearest pharmacy.
The first-aid station is located in the West Entrance and the north side of Hall C4. The first-aid stations are staffed when the respective entrances are open.
The prayer room on the 1st floor of Hall B6 close to the Visitor Expressway is open to all faiths. It has separate prayer rooms each for members of the Christian faith, Jewish faith and Islamic faith with an adjoining foot-wash room. Opening times vary depending on events.
The smarter E Europe is offering free wireless Internet access to all visitors at the exhibition center. The Network is available in the halls A1-A3, B1-B3, C1-C4 entrance west, northwest and north, in the press center and the atrium area that is being used for the event.
Wheelchairs are available in the entrances West and North. They can be rented directly from the security service against a cash deposit of 50 €.
