Adam has led Ambri's commercial efforts for five years and his career has spanned over three decades advancing new battery and fuel cell products for energy storage, consumer electronics, military and industrial markets. Adam led Duracell's OEM sales and consulting group. He was president of Millennium Cell and CEO of Acumentrics, fuel cell technology developers and manufacturers. Most recently as the Chief Commercial Officer of NEC Energy Solutions, he led the capture of grid scale energy storage projects for that leading energy storage integrator for a four year period.

Uwe Fuchs is heading the global sales team for NAS Batteries at BASF Stationary Energy Storage. Prior to joining NAS team in 2020, he has been working for large electrical companies such as ABB and Siemens. Since more than a decade he has been responsible for the sales of advanced energy storage technologies to utilities, project developers and system integrators. With passion he drives the deployment of new green technologies to accelerate the energy transition. He promotes NAS® batteries (sodium-sulfur-based batteries) to customers across the globe and supports them on their way to the energy transition. Mr. Fuchs holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the RWTH Aachen University and an Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of West Florida.

He is a serial entrepreneur, focusing on new technology and has successfully founded and run several technology ventures in the UK, Germany and Switzerland.  Alan has also held senior board-level roles at battery companies. He has been deeply involved in several initiatives relating to renewable energy, including the Think Tank on Energy Environment and Business initiated by Harvard Business School in 2010.   He started his career in high-volume manufacture of computer electronics with IBM, Scotland and later worked as a senior manager in the Instrumentation Division of VDO Adolf Schindling AG, Germany, a world-leader in automotive instrumentation and now part of Continental.

In 2020, Eloisa joined Enerpoly with the mission to build a sustainable and reliable supply of batteries for Europe's clean energy transition. Eloisa has over a decade of experience in technology leadership and entrepreneurship in the energy and aerospace industries. Before joining Enerpoly, she served as the Director of Market Operations at Modern Energy, specializing in grid modernization and power markets. Prior to that, she led energy products development as CTO of Hoplite Power and Chief Mechanical Engineer at Princeton Satellite Systems. Eloisa earned her MBA from INSEAD and her bachelor's in mechanical engineering from MIT.
